Linen is made from the natural hollow fibres of the flax plant which enables the fabric to act as a heat regulating material, allowing air to circulate around your body while you sleep, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It has the ability to absorb up to 20% of its own weight in moisture before feeling damp, and due to the structure of the weave it allows the moisture to evaporate quickly, keeping you dry and cool while you rest.
